Hello team!

First, a special thanks to Rachel Rodney for putting together this attached video clip taken after practice this past weekend. We will be looking to have a larger cast for our next underwater production, so come and join us!

There is a recognized swim meet on Saturday, 03/28, in Williston, so anyone can attend. If you are in the Burlington area (visiting kids in school or out for a road trip), try to support this meet. Warmups at 12 noon are a treat as well. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6e1uF5Yo6GXdVluVGV3aGQzM29qM1pRdTd4Rk5TdW53RHZZ&authuser=1

I will be away that weekend at a New England coaching conference focusing on Open Water training, so we will be able to ramp that aspect of our training up after our own meet here in town at the end of April (http://goo.gl/YI5QFd).

Everyone has been doing an excellent job as we have been investigating the four competitive strokes. Back is looking great and all of your butterflys are coming along well. Soon we will review breaststroke to round out our "swimming toolbox."

See you soon in the pool!

...mike...

Two thumbs way up for that film. Pure gracefulness and an excellent soundtrack.
