Happy New Years everyone! Some quick updates from the pool ...

- Our annual 50 x 50's on :60 will be held this Saturday, 1/5. We will start promptly at 10:45am in case you would like to warmup before we begin. Pick your own distance and have some fun!

- I am planning for the annual One Hour Swim on Saturday, 2/16. This will also start promptly at 10:45am. Let me know if you are interested by emailing me (mi...@usms.org) as we may run it on another date in order to accommodate everyone).

- Our annual swim meet, the 9th!, is scheduled for Saturday, 3/30. More info on this to come.

- There are plans for a swim meet in Essex Junction on 4/6. I will not be able to make it, but it would be great if we can get a crew up to support that meet.

I hope that we all survived the holiday season and are looking forward to continuing our fitness and competition goals. See you soon!

Hi everyone, Please find the meet entry form attached to this email. 03/30/19 will be here soon!

Reminder that: 

- There is no practice this Saturday (2/9) due to the Marauders hosting a swim meet (and also testing the timing system in advance of our meet).

- One Hour Swim scheduled for Saturday 2/16. Starts at 10:45am. I plan to be on deck to time and record splits. I know that some can not make it so email me and we can look for another Saturday to hold it. Remember that if the idea of swimming for an hour is not appealing, you can break up the swim in any manner that you would like. I generally take a quick break at the 20 and 40 minute marks to grab a drink, but if you wanted to do a workout or even kick the whole thing go for it
