- BDCL calls for possession of Mallika apartments
- The site is still under construction
- A project which was stated for completion in 36 months is now onto 64 months and counting
- There is no sign of any promised amenities including the Club house
- Final bill hold families hostage to price escalation and asked to pay up for non-existent amenities
- There is no mention of compensation as per agreement
- Poor construction, crooked beams, water seepage still evident
- Families shattered both financially and emotionally pray for justice
