How was it possible for you not to take possession last 365 days  ? Did you consult any lawyer or just defying BDCL on your own ? I think one more member (Sobhan Pathak) also did not take possession .. Kudos to both of you !!

            I have denied taking possession as there are not electricity/water in the place.

One correction i m chasing BDCL for more than 2 year and not 365 days. :(

Horrible experience, all blood and sweat are in water.
