I have a 2000 411 and experienced the same problem. First rebedded
all the stanchions with no sucess. I finally had the toes rails
removed and rebedded. I was concerned that I might have to purchase
new toe rails if the wood split when they were removed but that was
not an issue. I have a great yard and they let me help with their
removal andl rebedding. It fixed the problem and I have not had a
problem since. I took a close look at the hull deck joint while the
toe rail was removed and it was in good shape with no areas of
separation. The screws that hold the deck and hull together under the
toe rail were in good shape also. The only other place water could be
coming through were the screws used to attach the toe rail. After
taking a close look at were water was leaking in relative to these
screws I am sure that was the source of the leaks. Short of rebedding
the entire toe rail, you might want to try rebedding all the toe rail
attachment screws. We used 3M 4000 for all the rebedding.
