Lewmar Windlass RMI 50 F Parts

to Beneteau Owners

The metal part which connects and hold the motor housing to the winch
base (I believe it is called a flange) broke in half. (Not the shaft)

Any idea on where to buy this part ?

The windlass is from 2001 and I can only find parts for newer models.

Carlos,

I would suggest you call Lewmar headquarters in Connecticut (203) 458-6200.
Unless something extraordinary happened to the windlass it should not break.
Pehaps there was a manufacturing defect.
