I have the same engine on my B49. I installed a gage on the fuel filter. There is a kit you can buy that replaces the "T" Handel on the gage.

Has anyone installed a fuel pressure gauge to indicate when it's time to change the filter?  I am considering installing one with a sending unit, so I can install a gauge on my instrument panel.  I don't know what range to look for and what type of gauge to buy.  I have a B473 with a Yanmar 75

thanks

I just installed that gauge on my Racor filter. We'll see how it works. Used Gasoila in the white and BLUE can to seal the threads. Pronounced "Gasola" by a lot of people, it's available in trade plumbing supply stores. Probably not Home Depot or Lowe's.
Local marinas here use it in boat work and fuel dock line assembly.
