Dear devotees,

Please accept my respectful obeisances, all glories to Srila Prabhupada!

On saturday the 5th of december we'll organize Gurumaharaj's Vysaspuja in Radhadesh, Yeeehhhh! The Location will be the college classroom (Damodar Ananda pr. can you make the option into a final reservation, Anupama is fine with it, she needs it only 2 hours in the morning)

The tentive outline of the programm (after discussion we decided to organize it amongst the disciples only this year):

PREPARATIONS: 14.00-15.30: decorations  

VYASA PUJA: 3.30 pm (till approx 6.30 pm, Sri Sundari has to leave around this time, would be nice if we finish by the time she leaves)

-Bhajans

-Offerings

-Puspanjali

-Gurvastakam+Arati

-Offering a cake?

-Prasadam

Prasadam: 

• the idea is that all disciples bring a home made preparation. Somehow or other i thought of Italian style..... (perhaps because I met Damodar Ananda yesterday;))
• suggestion was made to not only make cake/sweet like last year, but a variety incl. a salty prep. (s)

In total we need :

Decoration team (can some-one take this resposibility to coordinate): Garland, picture etc.

• Sri Rangavati, Taruni & Acytu Jagannath (indicated that they want to come)
• Droupadi dasi & Padmini (indicated that she wants to come)
• Abhiram nitai pr.
• Ananta Gauranga pr. 

Please all let me know who will come and who 'll contribute in which service. Can't wait to celebrate the vyasa puja with you. Wish you wonderful last days of the month of Danmodar. Srila Gurudeva ki jaya! Srila Prabhupada ki jaya!

managers are fond of HH Radhanath swami M so no problem for costs!!

1. Request to all: please bring your preparations as bhoga (unoffered), so that we can offer it to Gurudeva at the end during the Gurv Astakam prayers.
2. Laksmi Priya, do you make the garlands as well, do you need help with this?. I think there's help needed with cleaning and decorating the room? I can help till 2 oclock, after that I'll be at home preparing.

I would like to thank you all for a very wonderful sanga yesterday. I
personally was very very happy to be with you all, sing, dance and share
Krishna Consciousness. I feel this was one of the top Vyasa Puja
celebrations we had so far, especially because we could dance so much :)
Even-though I missed those who couldnt attend, the intimate sanga we had
with those who came was very sweet.

And thank you all for that amazing prasadam, trully amazing.
