Hello, folks. It has been awhile since this group saw much discussion.
Under growing school obligations in early 2010, I had to set aside my
desire to form a Camarilla chapter in Tucson. However, in the recent
months, a group of OWOD and Masquerade enthusiasts have done so; They
are in the process of forming a new Camarilla chapter called Desert
Rose with jurisdiction over Tucson.

For those who don't know, The Cam is a fan club that hosts World of
Darkness LARPs in a single, ongoing continuity.

While things are disorganized at the moment, once we have a good
portal to introduce non-cam members to the new Chapter, I'll be sure
to share it here with you, and I'd be glad to keep BBM up as a way for
those who are not in the cam to keep in touch on the matter of LARP in
Tucson. If you are interested or have any questions, feel free to
reply here and I'll try to answer them.

The Camarilla Fanclub, including the "Midnight Dance" U.S. Affiliate,
hosts the 'Global Chronicle' featuring old world masquerade, and the
New World of Darkness venues, a world-spanning venue which brings
together players from all across the world into one giant, seamless
game. Players can interact with members in other cities, states, or
even countries through a network of mailing lists, IRC games,
conventions, or just traveling to their neighboring chapters and
domains. Camarilla does require members to purchase a membership and
abide by the membership handbook, as well as be 18 years of age to
participate, but they really are small concessiosn to participate in
such an enormous, ongoing chronicle.
