Administrative stuff

Due to the spam we just got, I've made a few quick changes. I banned
those accounts and reported the activity, as well as deleted the
messages from the archive.

I've also set it so that all new member posts will be moderated.
Basically, if an account is created, then their first post will
require approval. After that, they should go through no problem.
