dryer vent guy is now banned (again)

Hi there,

I know the dry vent cleaning guy came back. I confirmed that he was one of the folks I released from pending this morning.

For context, I have it set up where everyone has to request to join the group. There's a question about why they want to join, but it's not mandatory (I can't make it required). So, if someone doesn't include a reason for joining, I check the email, and if it looks legit, I let them in. It does mean that on occasion, a spammer gets in, but I boot them quickly!
