Hi all
I have a pair of Winter Neoprene Pearl Izumi booties that are just a bit too small for me. Very heavy duty, zippers work, well worn but intact, pretty big cutouts for road or mtb cleats. Free to first taker. and, No they don't fit size 10 1/2; down to size 9 for sure. Contact me off-line; I live near 8th and Olney for PPU.
