Greetings,

 

I received an email from Terry Trout regarding the upcoming church Big Lake trip in January.  He wants to advertise the fact that he and Charlene are going to cross-country ski from the parking lot to the Big Lake camp on the Friday of the trip and then back out on Sunday.  He says, "This is a really fun thing....it is an especially great opportunity because you do not have to carry your food or water so your pack is really light or you could send you stuff with a friend on the snow cat....you also save the snow cat fee."

 

They are planning on starting from the parking lot at 10am on the Friday of the Big Lake Trip.  He says the skiing part will not be suitable for small children, but others are certainly welcome.

 

If interested you can contact Terry or myself... or just show up at the Sno-park before 10 on that Friday!
