Hello again,
Okay, I have only gotten a few responses on the tree hunt. I got one who said they were going on the Friday after Thanksgiving, one that said they are ready to go on Friday afternoon December 5th, and one that said we should still go on a Sunday but go really early in the morning (6:30-7:00am).
Is there any more feedback? Anyone else have a time they are interested in?
Thanks,
Michael Peterson

Subject: Christmas tree hunt?
Date: Sun, 16 Nov 2014 15:22:26 GMT
Greetings,
I am looking to find out the interest level in a Christmas Tree Hunt this year. We have done this in the past and have had a great time. Heading out into the woods to find that perfect tree, usually in the snow, makes for great family memories. There has been some interest in doing it again this year. The difficulty is the timing. In the past we have gone on a Sunday morning. Unfortunately this conflicts with preparing for Journey to Bethlehem. I don't want to take anything away from that ministry. As a result I began casting about for other options. I am not found of the idea of going on a Sabbath afternoon, since I don't personally consider it a "Sabbath" activity. What about a Friday afternoon? I know most are working and would have to take part of the day off. I am looking for feedback on whether or not to plan the event, and the possibility of going on a Friday. The date I had in mind was Dec. 5.
Thanks,
Michael Peterson
