Greetings:

I don't know if you know it, but we have a very diverse church body with very diverse interests!  I received the email below from John Nelson regarding a new off-roading club.  I am gonna sign up since I know my 4x4 has spent entirely too much time on a paved road.  When I talked to John it sounded like he wanted to put together trips and events that would range from fairly tame to decently intense.  That way there is something for everyone.  I've never been in a 4x4 club, so don't feel bad if it is new to you as well.  I know John has talked to Jared Stevenson about the tech sessions, so there is definitely some genuine mechanic experience as well.

If you are interested, John's contact info is listed below.

Interested in starting an OFF ROAD "CLUB"?

Myself and other church members have talked about putting together family oriented OFF ROAD ADVENTURES to see Central Oregon backroads. Also occasional tech sessions to learn and wrench on our vehicles would be offered.

At this point we are looking to see who might be interested and like to be kept informed on developments.

Any suggestions you could make, what you envision, etc. would be appreciated.  Please email or call.
