However, BIND isn't currently supported because the only way I know of to update a BIND server programmatically is via RFC 2136 and there is a distinct lack of libraries that support sending arbitrary DDNS updates to a BIND server from .NET (and more specifically .NET Core). The closest project I found is ARSoft.Tools.Net, but seems to be somewhat abandoned by the author and it's a bit heavy to use as-is. I contemplated trying to pull out enough of the code to make a plugin. But it's going to take a lot of work and I'm not quite up to the challenge yet.

This challenge helps admins ensure that Microsoft 365 tenants are setup and configured for AI so that future AI features can be integrated as seamlessly as possible.

NTLM credentials are based on data obtained during the interactive logon process and consist of a domain name, a user name, and a one-way hash of the user's password. NTLM uses an encrypted challenge/response protocol to authenticate a user without sending the user's password over the wire. Instead, the system requesting authentication must perform a calculation that proves it has access to the secured NTLM credentials.

Noob here.
Due to network security circumstances my HTTP challenge server must be a different endpoint than the IIS server receiving the certificate via Certify. I have configured a Linux machine running Apache in a DMZ separate from the IIS server and need to be able to create a symlink from wherever Certify wants to put the .well-known/acme-challenge files on the IIS server to the server in the DMZ. Does anyone know where the .well-known/acme-challenge folder is on the IIS/Windows machine?

As a side note, as of a few days ago the backend portion of Certify The Web now works on linux, and you will be able to daisy-chain instances (one install pull certs from another, cross-platform), this means you could do http validation with apache on linux and pull + deploy that cert on the windows machine.

Since you mention this is a web service, I assume you're handling the request yourself. So the answer about how to solve this depends on how you are making the call to your web service. But there is usually a way to specifically tell it to send Windows credentials (either on the first try, or automatically after the 401 challenge).

I was quite excited to take the challenge, but left the Microsoft Store in distaste. I sure hope the purpose of this marketing ploy is to attract new customers by demonstrating the highlights of Windows Phone, not frustrating them instead. If anyone from Microsoft would like to have a rematch, I would be happy to smoke a Windows Phone with Android, again.

The store should have explained the rules (way better than they did), drawn another challenge and done a rematch. Or they should have just said okay, you win and your name is in the drawing for the laptop.

What a load of crap, did the MS rep tell them they had the challenge rigged by having 2 live tiles pre-prepared ?? the MS employee always picks the test and of course have the device prepared before hand.

those who are smart will take the printed rules in their hand. so if they change any rules, you can point that all out. i lost a contest to yesterday and it was bit pathetic. I won because they mispoke the task. I did the task they asked me to do which was upload a facebook cover photo. they instead just put up a profile photo. they did the profile photo task faster than me. it took me a bit longer to do cover photo. however when complete i found out from another guy standing next to me (we went to go look at phones on display) that the windows phone does not even have a way to set a cover photo. so I won at what they asked to me to do, but they would not agree and said I lost.

@Hobies, This post is not about windows computer, but about Windows Phone, which is arguably quite good and if given to a Windows hater who has never seen or heard about the WP OS, saying that this is a new OS made by some other company, that windows hater will praise the Windows phone. 9 out of 10 times, I can guarantee.

I also think you won this challenge. Full disclosure; I own a Windows Phone and I think they are great and fast. I think they have like a 88% + success rate of getting tasks done quickly. But as far as the rules you heard, you should have won.

Hello all, I lay down this CPU challenge for all Windows 98 builds. Let's face it, nobody ran games in software mode at high resolutions when Windows 98 reigned supreme because nothing was capable of doing so. Now we are building monstrous machines capable of running Windows 98 and I would like to see a benchmark to judge them by. I am currently building the fastest Windows 98 machine I have ever owned and I would love to see some comparisons. I do not expect to come out on top since I will not be overclocking any CPU's or FSB's on my box. It will be running 100% within designers specifications. At least we can see some real world CPU measure under Windows 98 and I think this may be a lot of fun! So, who is in?

After students complete a Reading Progress assignment, their results are available in Insights. You can see their words-per minute score, accuracy rate, most challenging words, and more. To quickly provide relevant, targeted practice opportunities for your students, you can create challenge assignments directly from the Reading Progress report in Insights.

4. Select the phonics rules you'd like to include in the assignment. Insights identifies the phonics rules students struggled with most in the Most challenging tab. Use the Consonants and Vowels tabs to find additional phonics rules your class is focusing on.

5. Select the phonics rules you want the challenge assignment to focus on, then select Create challenge assignment.

These challenge actions served as the basis for some new research questions this year. Still, more work appears to be needed. About half of teens see others demonstrating thoughtful consideration (51 percent) and standing up for others (52 percent) online, compared to 46 percent of adults, respectively. Those seeing people show respect for opposing views yielded similar results (54 percent of youth, 48 percent of adults). Meanwhile, respondents who saw others stand up for themselves online were higher: 66 percent of teens and 60 percent of adults.

1) Client send a GET request to the serveur2) ISA respond with a 401. Unauthorize and start NTLM challenge (Header Authenticate-WWW: NTLM & Negotiate)3) Client respond to the NTLM Challenge4) ISA validate the challenge and let the client passing trought if credentials are valid5) Client is in contact with the server web page

So a combination of the two is what you are most likely after. NTLM authentication proxying to kerberos delegated service access. Of course the back-end service needs to support the kerberos delegation. If in ISA you had NTLM enabled and published it in a web publishing rule, if it was purely NTLM the ISA server was just a man in the middle and would, to my knowledge, challenge the user.

Your always limited to the capability of the back end. So the back end if it's form based will need a password. APM can do that but it needs the password which it cannot get without the user actually entering it. One way is a we to use a webtop to challenge the user once.

Hi all. Hope someone might be able to help me.
I have contact sensors on multiple windows.
I have a shutdown routine prompted by a voice command thats turns all the lights off at bedtime.
What I would like to include in this routine is for each contact sensor status to be checked and for alexa to tell me if i have left a window open (and which one) before i head up to bed.
Any clever folks out there have any suggestions?

Paul thats awesome and I thought i had it cracked. Got it working now for windows all closed but not for an open window. Let me show you what ive done see if you can see a fault.
