How To Free Download Someone Else 39;s Notion Template

I've started my shop selling digital products (notion templates and planners) and it's something that I prefer to do in my free time for the moment. But at the same time I want to see if I can turn this into something more real, like to make real income from it. So saying this, since I am also working I do not have so much time to make the etsy shop my main focus now, so you can all imagine my frustration when I've discovered that someone bought one of my notion templates and star selling it. I've put so much time into it and now ..
The other shop owner sells the notion template with black background, other emojis and photos: that basically with notion you can always change it. At this point I am also thinking that is using my guide on how to use the product as well; since this is in the description "You have the guide on how to use the notion template in the file that you are going to download."
Now I am asking you guys, what do you suggest me to do? How can I prove that someone else is using my main product? Is there anything that I can really do? Or should I just try to overlook this and continue as nothing happened?
