Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master – Retail & eCommerce

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid-3 days onsite)

Duration: Long term

Job Summary

This is a backfill role, We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong Retail and eCommerce background to lead Agile teams delivering enterprise-scale digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience managing retail applications, omnichannel platforms, CRM implementations, order management, inventory management, payments, and customer-facing digital solutions.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years as Technical PM, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong Retail and eCommerce industry experience
• Experience managing cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery teams using Scrum and SAFe methodologies
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize backlog
• Drive execution of Retail and eCommerce initiatives
• Coordinate releases across development, QA, business, and production support teams
• Track project health through Agile metrics and reporting
• Remove team impediments and ensure continuous delivery
• Manage vendor and third-party integrations
• Support modernization and digital transformation initiatives

Retail Domain Experience Required

Hands-on experience supporting one or more of:

• eCommerce platforms
• Omnichannel retail
• Inventory Management
• Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Product Information Management (PIM)
• Supply Chain Systems
• Retail POS
• Loyalty Programs
• Payments and Transaction Processing
• Customer Experience Platforms

Preferred Certifications

• PMP
• SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master
• PMI-ACP
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
