Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Looker Developer with expertise in Looker, Looker Studio, and BigQuery, along with secondary skills in Qlik (Qlik Sense/QlikView). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize BI dashboards, reports, and data models to drive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Looker and Looker Studio.
• Build and optimize data models and LookML code to ensure performance and scalability.
• Integrate and query large datasets using Google BigQuery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Develop data visualizations in Qlik (Qlik Sense/QlikView) as a secondary BI tool.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and usability.
• Provide guidance and best practices for BI development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Looker (LookML, dashboards, data modeling).
• Proficiency in Looker Studio for creating insightful reports and dashboards.
• Experience with BigQuery for querying and managing large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills with a focus on query optimization.
• Experience with Qlik (Qlik Sense or QlikView) as a secondary visualization tool.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
