We are hiring an experienced Data Governance Lead to drive enterprise-wide governance initiatives and ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality data management across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data governance strategy, policies, and standards

• Implement and manage Unity Catalog for centralized governance and access control

• Drive metadata management, data lineage, cataloging, and data quality initiatives

• Partner with engineering, analytics, security, and business teams

• Define data stewardship and governance frameworks

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Data Governance / Data Management

• Strong hands-on experience with Unity Catalog (Mandatory)

• Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Quality

• SQL and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Databricks

• Collibra / Alation / Atlan

• Informatica

• Power BI / Tableau

• AI/ML Governance
