Must Have
Technical/Functional Skills
- Expertise in
Dynatrace Platform management, experience in leading the Dynatrace
platform maintenance team, including Managed vs. SaaS, SaaS migration,
monitoring configurations, dashboards and alert setup
- Experience in
Dynatrace Intake request management
- Agile-based
delivery experience
- Good Hands-on
experience with Azure DevOps for Project tracking, SharePoint, Teams
collaboration, Excel and Gantt charts
- Deep understanding
of Observability Concepts, metrics, logs, traces, and synthetic monitoring
- Experience in
managing NPE/PROD upgrades, Cloud ActiveGate and OneAgent deployments
- Understanding of
Cloud & Infrastructure Fundamentals, familiarity with hosting
Dynatrace components on GCP, AWS, or Azure environments
- APIs for Dynatrace
data ingestion, integration knowledge

Roles
& Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor
team of engineers for Dynatrace platform management services, ensuring
alignment with project goals
- End-to-end
delivery of Observability Dynatrace platform monitoring solutions,
managing timelines and risks
- Collaborate with
Product owners, Developer, architects, and business stakeholders to define
requirements and prioritize deliverables
- Maintaining intake
process guidelines, compliance checks, and audit readiness
- Maintaining
dashboards and reports (Azure DevOps) Important Review & edit of the JD
shared by client. Refrain from publishing JD as is from client mail / job
portal Customize JD , make it simple & understandable Refrain from
entering client name in the JD JD would be considered incomplete without
all fields being provided with appropriate responses by the Hiring
Manager.
- Escalation point
for technical issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies
- Driving Agile
ceremonies and coaching team best practices
- Sprint planning,
backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, release planning and
coordination
- Identify and
implement Continuous improvements within the team to enhance efficiency
- Communicate
Progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively to stakeholders Generic
Managerial Skills, If any
- Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills must
- At least 2+ years
of experience in managing technical/engineering/Dynatrace team
- Ability to lead
and guide a technical/engineering team responsible for Dynatrace platform
maintenance solutions
- Expertise in
balancing workloads, and ensuring team performance for critical platform
operations
- Skilled in
planning, prioritizing, and managing platform upgrades, deployments, and
maintenance activities
- Skilled in
coordinating with cloud, infrastructure, application and vendor teams for
deployments
- Strong capability
to engage with business and technical stakeholders, provide status updates
