Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in the healthcare domain.
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, ICD-10, CPT, FHIR).
• Proven experience managing EHR/EMR projects or healthcare IT products.
• Strong skills in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payer, provider, or pharma domain.
• Experience with clinical workflows, claims processing, or population health platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and healthcare analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
