Dear all,

We are excited to announce this year's edition of the COSEAL workshop (the webpage will be updated soon):
https://www.coseal.net/coseal-workshop-2024/

🔗 Registration Form: https://events.scads.ai/e/coseal2024Registration is free but mandatory! The registration form is open from now until end of February 2024. However, to keep the workshop as familiar as possible, we have limited the number of participants. These will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
🏙️ Location: Dresden, Germany (on-site only) in the facilities of the "Transparent Factory" (https://maps.app.goo.gl/77oKpLSR5qrMgivL7).
📅 Date: May 21 - 23, 2024 (starting Tuesday morning, ending Thursday at approx. 2pm).
🤔 What to expect: 2.5 days of fun with automated algorithm selection, algorithm configuration, algorithm design, AutoML, benchmarking and related topics.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Audience: Everyone is welcome to attend the workshop. However, please note the limited capacities mentioned above.
💰 Costs: There is no registration fee for the workshop. Apart from that, you are responsible for all costs (accommodation, meals, travel, ...).
🛏️ Accomodation: We have reserved a contingent of hotel rooms at "Dorint Hotel Dresden" (https://maps.app.goo.gl/7ro8xX2Wb4SJdYsE8) for 3 nights (May 20 - 23, 2024) with a total price of 359€ per person (including breakfast). If you are interested in such a room, please indicate it in the registration form (your booking will become binding on 15th February 2024). Of course, it is not mandatory to stay in that hotel -- you are also welcome to book any other accomodation that you like (and can afford 😉).
❗️ Additional information: All participants are invited to present a poster or to give a short oral presentation. If you plan to contribute to the workshop, please indicate it in our registration form (see above). We will approach you in the upcoming months for more detailed information (such as a title).
😳 If you have any questions, don't hesitate to approach us via cosea...@tu-dresden.de.

📣 Please spread the word and register yourself at your earliest convenience, to facilitate the planning of the event.

🤗 We look forward to welcome you in Dresden in May!

Best regards,
Pascal Kerschke, Lennart Schäpermeier, Konstantin Dietrich, and Sandy Wolf
