New GECCO track on benchmarking and COST action working group

(1) We are excited that the SIGEVO board has has accepted our proposal to establish a new track on Benchmarking, Benchmarks, Software, and Reproducibility (BBSR) at our main conference, GECCO. More information about this new track is available here In 2024, Arnaud Liefooghe and I are chairing the BBSR track. Do not hesitate to reach out to us in case of questions.

(2) If you are subscribed to this mailing list, you may be interested in joining one of the working group of COST action https://www.cost.eu/actions/CA22137/, the Randomised Optimisation Algorithms Research Network (ROAR-NET). Join the action to network with colleagues all over Europe and in associated countries.
