Hi my name is Julie Imp in the Army I am going through a divorce and the family court judge ruled that I have full custody of my 2 children Danny and Julie Witherspoon ages 10 and 12. My husband in spite not to pay me child support took my 2 children and dropped them off at Social work services. He made false allegations about me to an under educated incompetent social worker who took those hearsay slanderous allegations and she stole my children. I am 11 years in the military and obviously I have a clean non criminal background but since Oct 2006 my children have been in foster care being abused and neglected by the system. I don’t know what to do? The social worker Kim Mc Call of Orange county Ca. seems to be an expert in creative handwriting fabricating fraudulous lie that don’t even exist about me when ever I speak to her she lies and distorts my testimony. The judge a temp referee Fiorello is looking to adopt my children out where I never see them again I cannot afford a good attorney and I don’t know what difference it makes the record in the closed hearing the judge maliciously distorts the record and now the new excuse for not giving me my children back is that because I served my country in Iraq for 15 months that there is a possibility that I might be {DANGEROUS} to my children I just cant take the lies any more I’ve done all that BS the courts have asked me to drug testing, parenting classes, aa meetings, na meetings,730 evils. The social workers just lie somebody out there please read this and HELP ME! I don’t have much time next month in May that dirty judge is going to steel my babies. I have witnessed these atrocities against our children, our families, and our countries constitutional rights given to us by the same people who are now destroying our families. Deputies at the Orange County jail in California have a long history of assaulting and battering people brought into the jail for even the most minor offenses. And the corrupt city officials are doing nothing about it except settling out of court and paying off the inevitable lawsuits.
The latest victim was Joshua Dominic Wilson, 20, a defensive back for semi-pro football team the Southern California Smash.
Unlike football, which has rules of conduct and penalties for cheaters, beatings in the jail are one-sided contests, where — thanks to the weak-kneed management of Sheriff Mike Carona — despicable acts routinely go unpunished. Beating prisoners doesn’t require any skill; any group of 9-year-olds armed with high-voltage taser guns and pepper spray can torture someone who is handcuffed and confined. The home team always wins.
Wilson learned this lesson on Sept. 24, after Huntington Beach police transported him to the OC Jail because he’d failed to resolve an old traffic ticket. He was stripping for a body search when he says an irritable deputy provoked an incident. The deputy told him to lift his arms up. He complied. “Higher,” the deputy ordered. Wilson became concerned. His arms were already as high as he could stretch them, a fact he says the deputy ignored. “Raise your arms,” the deputy yelled a third and fourth time. Wilson, who was wearing only pants, responded, “Fuck, they’re already raised as high as they can go.”
“Okay, that’s it,” the deputy told Wilson. “Put your hands behind your back.”
Wilson did what he was told. After he was handcuffed, a group of deputies pounced.
“They slammed me against a wall, and then one of them sprayed a can of pepper spray directly into both of my eyes — which were wide open because I had no idea what they were doing or why,” said Wilson. “I had done everything they told me to do. I wasn’t starting any problem. I’d done nothing wrong. I was cooperating to the fullest.”
After emptying the pepper spray can, deputies fired two taser darts into Wilson’s back.”They zapped me with the electricity for about a minute,” he said. “I felt my heart pumping and I couldn’t breathe. I was screaming in pain. Then they’d pause for a second and zap me again. I’d say they zapped me four or five different times. It just didn’t stop.”
According to Wilson, the deputies weren’t finished. Still handcuffed, outnumbered and unable to see because of the pepper spray, Wilson was then punched and kicked so severely they fractured his nose in three places, ripped his lip, busted his eye socket and ribs, pounded his jaw, cut his leg and bruised his shoulder. Blood poured. A huge knot swelled on his head.
Next, they hog-tied him, twisting his legs behind his back. The hold aggravated an old knee injury, and he pleaded, “Please stop! Please stop!” But the deputies only pushed harder, he recalls. “I was scared that they were going to break my knees,” he said. “That’s all that was on my mind — that my chance for a football career would be over.”
The 10-minute beating ended when a higher-ranking officer arrived and ordered his deputies to “calm down.” They tossed Wilson into a cell, brought a video camera and interrogated him. Apparently, the interview with the blood-soaked Wilson didn’t suit the sheriff’s department’s purposes. They removed the handcuffs and ordered him to wash the blood off his face, throat, head and shoulders. After telling him they were thinking about accusing him of assaulting them, deputies rerecorded the interview with a terrified Wilson. . . .
But in August the Weekly exposed the brutal beating of San Clemente businessman Greg Hall, who was being processed in the jail after a minor traffic accident. Deputies punched, kicked and tortured Hall, who was handcuffed, hooded and left to sit in his own feces for 12 hours. He emerged from jail with a concussion, broken ribs, a gash in his leg, an eye contusion, broken veins in his feet, a shattered front tooth, lacerations and bruises over his body, contusions to his knee, neck pain, a fractured right wrist, and nerve damage to his left hand. In response, amused sheriff’s officials shrugged. One laughed.
It’s a situation screaming for immediate reform. Since rogue deputies apparently aren’t going to be fired or disciplined, here’s an idea: audio- and videotape the processing of everyone entering the jail. That would help settle allegations of abuse.
But even such modest reforms are unlikely. Carona, local judges, the grand jury and the county’s Board of Supervisors — which regularly pays out millions of taxpayer dollars to settle abuse cases — have proved to be co-conspirators. For example, the previous grand jury began investigating the jail last year but decided one subject was off-limits: jail beatings. In a May report that echoed deputy demands for more money and better offices, the grand jury hinted at its lack of concern about the violence. Deputies treated them with “respect and courtesy” when they visited the jail, they noted.
There’s hope, however. Carona — struggling through embarrassing revelations about his incompetence, connections to felons, fund-raising irregularities and a sordid mess involving an alleged series of extramarital affairs — might not be in office after next June’s election. The new grand jury could take its government watchdog role seriously. And thank God for the FBI: following the Weekly’s Aug. 12 “Justice Takes a Beating” cover story about abuses in the OC Jail, a federal agent met with Hall. Perhaps the agency will be interested in talking to Wilson too. He’s got a story to tell.

Do you still trust the police?
It all began when I was 15 years old; I attended Arroyo high school in El Monte, California. My Band Director/school teacher Danny E. Witherspoon born 1-8-42 had made inappropriate sexual advances towards me. I had to drop out of school so he would not go to jail for being with a minor.
Marriage in 1993
In 1993, I became pregnant with my daughter Julie at the age of 17. I got married to my schoolteacher and we lived in Las Vegas. My husband became violently abusive and he had a secret past, which I was not aware of but soon discovered that I was wife number four and that all of his prior spouses just happened to be prior under aged minor students of his.During my pregnancy my husband beat me and sexually abused me and after the birth of my daughter I left to move with my brother. My husband and I reconciled and then I became pregnant with my son Danny James. My husbands abuse continued to escalate and so after the birth of my son my mother took care of my children while I was in Basic Training for the Military.
My first duty station was at Ft. Hood, Texas where the two children and I lived happily ever, we purchased a home and things were so nice with out that abusive pedophile spouse of mine.
Germany in 2002
In 2002, I was stationed in Germany and of course my children and I lived in Europe and in 2003 I was deployed to Iraq. My husband, not wanting the children or supporting them in any way shape or form was out of the picture, so I hired a nanny in Germany to care for the children.When I returned from Iraq my husband wanted to reconcile, but I found out that he was unfaithful, so I demanded a divorce, which he protested. In July of 2006, he kidnapped my two children from Germany without my consent or knowledge. He took them back to Orange County, California, where he lived. He ran to the Santa Ana courts and filed for a divorce, restraining order and child support from me.
Custody Hearing 2006
I returned from Germany in October of 2006, to attend the court hearing, while being very concerned about my daughter hoping he does not get any pedophiliac cravings due to the age of girls he engages sex with. I attended the court hearing and Judge Vogel ruled that the children shall be returned to me at once and that we shall return back to Europe where our home was under The Hague Petition.That same day instead of returning my children back to me at the Anaheim Police Department, He did the unthinkable - he took both of my children down to Orange Wood Children's Placement Home and made false allegations to a social worker about me and they took my children into their custody without jurisdiction and ignoring the standing court order in my hand.
Since that day in Oct 2006, social services have deemed me guilty with not one lick of proof to show cause for their actions. They have lied, fabricated documents, used parental alienation techniques and they have been very detrimental to my children's emotional well being.
A month after they were placed in Orange Wood, my children were moved into foster care with friends of my spouses from his Masonic Lodge. These banking crooks have beaten my son and my daughter has been molested by these maggot scum, Norma and Jerry Irwin of Garden Grove, California. The senior social worker, Laury Luchonik has gone out of her way to protect and defend the crimes of these foster bankers abusing my children.
Foster Care in 2007
My children have had no sense of personal hygiene, since in their care. They are forced to wear, old torn clothes from thrift stores and on top of that the foster bankers have taken away from my children pictures of me, which really damaged my children's emotions and they have disallowed me to have contact with my children since June 2007 due to Dr. Jody Wards CPS physical evaluation which is 100% fictitious.I have had two private lawyers. My first lawyer, Steve Gassner of Ontario Canada, is getting disbarred for standing up to that corrupt Juvenile Dependency Court (bank). And I fired my second lawyer, Art La Cilento for oppressing me and allowing the court (bank) to do their dirty deeds to my children and me. Referee Thomas Fiorello is a corrupt piece of work along with county council Debra Torres and the children's attorney Linda Liar Oniel. All of them have conspired to defraud the federal government for their financial tribunal agenda to steal my children, sell them and get paid.
Santa Ana County Jail in 2007
On Aug. 23 2007, I went to the Lameroux Injustice Center to file a substitution of Attorney papers, to get rid of the forced public defender, Fiorello had dumped upon me by force. I was harassed by the bailiff, Sgt. Mannsfield, who told me that I cannot enter the building. I said this is a public county building and I have rights to access the courts. He let me in and when I was just about to file my paper at the clerks office I was ambushed and hand cuffed by the bailiff. I was then taken down to the holding cell while hand cuffed Mannsfield ordered me to get on my knees then after words him; eight other deputies started slamming my head into the wall. I was sexually assaulted by Officer Brunswick who told me to "Shut the F@*% up B*&^%! your gettin it anyway!"Mannsfield and his cronies were just standing there laughing and he said that will teach you to F@*% with our building!
I was transported down to county jail in Santa Ana, California, and labeled as a belligerent they threw me into an ice tank for 17 hours and beat me straight for two days until I could be bailed out. I sought medical care and had a fractured hand and a head concussion.
I was arrested for trespassing and obstructing with official business and they disallowed me to have a copy of the arrest report and they had dropped the court hearing from the Santa Ana DA. These courts are corrupt it is nothing but a child black market stealing ring these are nothing but aw merchants.
We need to stop this corruption and save our children it can happen to you! This is every one's problem and your tax dollars are funding this insanity 100%
