Should a Soldier, you, get the equivalent of the 'Death Penalty' for upholding a Soldier's Oath? For upholding the Constitution of the United States of America? For doing so on American soil?

Witherspoon's Attorney filed a MOTION TO RECUSE the judge, and that judge has no Oath of Office. He refused to recuse. Her Attorney filed a MOTOIN objecting to the HATE CRIME Julie Witherspoon is facing.
Hmmmm.... That lawyer is getting disbarred.
Is an Attorney allowed to have a legal opinion?
Witherspoon reports the Child Protection Agency refuses 'other' neutral psychological evaluations. Said, "I had several, some from the military". Witherspoon states she is currently authorized to carry and keep her duty weapon. That should tell you she is square in 'one aspect' of her 'military' evaluations. But, those things are not considered where the State intends to Adopt out her children.
She was accused of horrible things most people would call 911 about. The complainant, the 'witness' states her memory is clouded. Julie stated the 'witness' said a SOCIAL WORKER was informed of the 'incident', but not immediately. Neither called the police to report this 'incident'. That 'incident' has nothing directly to do with the immediate Child Protection and is subject to criminal charges and so forth.
Julie Witherspoon's Attorney questioned the 'complainant' and found she did not remember that 'complaint' anymore. Now the DA has a warrant for Julie Witherspoon's arrest regarding that unreported 'incident'. She is going to jail the second she steps into court, (if she does not get pulled over first).
Roger Weidner said, "Witherspoon needs a MOTION TO WITHDRAW THE WARRANT" and a ton of people there to make sure she gets a 'fair trial'".
Will Julie Witherspoon get the benefit of Reasonable Doubt?
Has she so far?
Please help Julie Witherspoon get justice for herself and her children. This family needs a group of VETERAN COURT WATCHERS to help Julie get a fair trial. To recall judges if necessary.

Now, before all that, Witherspoon hesitantly, against her better judgment, went to the shrink CPS chose. This was in response to the ADVISE of HER COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY. The shrink Julie Witherspoon had a session with is 'contracting' with he Child Protection Agency.
(This was Witherspoon's 'OFFICIAL' day in court).
The judge is backing shrink & taking ORDER'S from a place not subject to a redirect and Julie will get no opportunity to cross-examine that shrink unless you listen to the digital recording of that 'OFFICIAL HEARRING' held in the shrinks office.
Please request a recording of that 'HEARING' SO YOU CAN HEAR IT FOR YOURSELF and see if you think your opponent should pick your doctor for you and have your opponent refuse all other evaluations because they do not contract with them or anybody else.
This 'HEARING' resulted in a one-year sentence. Witherspoon got a punishment of one year away from her children... and during that year's time the Child Protection Agency's court petition is seeking to Adopt out her kids. Hmmmm.
It is reported to me that the Child 'Protection' Agency put Julie's children, daughter in jeopardy of improper male attention, with friends of their father, a teacher, a confessed teen child 'serial dater'. Julie reports her ex-husband is into funky rituals.
Julie has video taped her Due Notice of the Rules threatening her with the termination of her visits if she defies the ORDER to abstain from conversations with her daughter regarding the 'Caretaker', the inappropriate contact between herself and the male in the foster home.
Julie Witherspoon is under duress to leave her children in the custody of the State. She is not the person in charge, is without authority to seek the best interests or well being of her daughter, under threat Child Protective Services will terminate her visitation is she talks about her daughter's complaint.
The dad gave his kids to the DHS after he lost custody and said all kinds of stuff against her. This man dates his high school student.

We are not God, which a show of might, would cause others to be in 'Shock and Awe' of 'US', for the battle belongs to the Lord, and if He is not with us there is no point in going. So I pray we will not offend Him with such disrespectful and arrogant boasting, even if we think we do His will. He expects us to be humble, because the meek will inherit the earth and war is for self defense, not a show of might. (Though I know we got it, because we are: America), but we have our own brand of government 'corruption' going on over here, of which the judiciary of this nation are to blame. After all 'Rulers, Captains, Armies, and Kings are on Gods 'hit list', assigning them to be 'clay pots', to which He intends to 'bust up'...
So, all you enlisted men and women, please expect to meet His 'rod of iron', if you believe... 'In' God...though our courts ignore Him and do not provide 'justice for all' as we profess in our national image, while 'Liberty' is defined as "will and the consensual of the decadent", abortion is given to children without the Power of Attorney in Fact of the parent on the paperwork while that same child can not drive a car without parental consent, which only trains up a child in the way of Municipal Contractual Agreements, which covers that which keeps us bound to such Defacto Mentality.
I think we should go back to Common Law, get rid of the Marriage License and let the gay people 'live in sin' and stop forcing preachers to tell people they are with out his blessing, that he will not preside over a wedding unless we have a contract with Babylon Judiciary, forcing us to think we do not have God's blessing if Admiralty Courts don't have jurisdiction over our divorce, (all our assets, and children). (Negro people used to have to get a Marriage License. So what is up with that?). (If 'We the People' do not have the right to 'Not Contract' than we are slaves).

It is also a conflict of interest, ( See the definition of Legal Advise, Fully Advised, Conflict of Interest, Duress ), when a SOCIAL WORKER intending to take your grand child away, having condemned you, your parents having no rights, causes a teenager to get birth certificate, when that teen is not old enough to enter into a contractual agreement, but, not Fully Advised about jurisdiction issues. This goes on everyday... every day... every day... every day... in foster homes in Amer-eeka...SOS...
See: The Juvenile Court ADMINISTRATOR say, "That depends on the definitions of 'Life', 'Liberty', 'Equal Protection', 'Divorce', & 'Incarceration', when keeping your kids in Foster Care, directly affecting their 'Liberty', and the parent does not go to jail but get the equivalent of the Death Penalty (without a jury conviction) and never spend any time in jail.
The state makes lots of money, they don't have to house both parent and child, just the one they can rake a profit on is 'housed', directly affecting the child's 'Liberty', but not defined as incarceration', but, the child is in essence 'put to death', as well, since divorce is the equivalent of the death of a parent according to psychology, and basically the SOCIAL WORKER is ordering children to divorce their parents at will.
The courts make lots of money, the foster industry makes lots of money, the Court Appointed Attorneys make lots of money, and the parent's lose everything (go bankrupt fighting) get 'put to death' all without Due Process of law, and they get set up to be harvested for their next born child.

CPS ( free ) HANDBOOK will predispose, and prepare you, which you need before you have to deal with the DHS ( This gives you Protection from the Protectors ), but you need this information prior to any entanglements with the System because they do not uphold your rights, do not warn you when they violate your rights and ( in surprise when you get to court ) the Court Appointed Attorney is not going to assert you have any rights to begin with.
If you don't know how to defend your rights and refute an allegation no one else will, especially a judge. You should avoid by all lawful means, granting jurisdiction to and ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE, if you don't know how to assert your rights you are stuck in the spider web of technicalities, under a judicial pre-set disposition whereof, "DHS WANTS, DHS GETS", and 'Psychology the Wild Card' pursuant to "IN PSYCHOLOGY WE TRUST", are the only rule of thumb. Anything else that may look like law does not enter.
I will also send you a copy of a document, which you file to re claim your own Pen Power, to Revoke Power of Attorney, no matter who lords over you by assigned to it.

If you use any of this stuff don't mix it up with what Lawyer's do not. Meaning: Don't 'claim any kind of 'representation' like, 'Pro-se'. If you do, that means you are 'a Client', which also allows the judge to say you have a temporary position as a BAR MEMBER and then you are subject to upholding the 'STANDARD OF THE ATTORNEY'.
( In other words...don't be 'Your own Client', don't be anybodies Client, don't file a MOTION because that automatically gives the judge jurisdiction and he uses a different language than you. Legal 'definition' is not interpreted in the language of the Natural Man. You will be stuck in the Prosecutors Tool Box if you try to understand and reply using their definitions, and everything you say is the Prosecutors tool against you even when said to the Court Appointed Attorney ).

I would, if having to deal with any agency, stand firmly and demand equal protection of the law since there is everybody else in your family being sentenced to the equivalent of the Death Penalty, too. ( Your grandmother, your kids, your other relatives, and any friends your kids have, which only applies in the natural ( which is outside the contract ), since everybody is called an individual in the contract and the term family is not the same within that contract as it is without it.
( Furthermore ) Never presume you understand anything they say. Clearly you do not. Everything is backwards to your understanding:::: "I don't understand". Well, like Jesus said to those that accused the first woman, "He who is without sin may cast the first stone". So those men who sought to trap Jesus had to leave because they authorized His Adjudication on the matter. He called Himself a King, and so, where there is no separation of Church and State in the Jewish Religion, the King is the Judge, like it will be in Death. He is both Prophet and Judge (All-knowing, and All Merciful, Legislation, Prosecution, Complainant, and Adjudicator. When you confess to Him He bears your punishment and pays your (fines).
Here in America, if the bureaucrat has dirty hands they have to throw down their rocks (red tape), too. But, if you confess to a bureaucrat, hence a Judge, they get your cash, your kids, and make money doing so, then lawyers stand around and don't confront the allegation at its root, (gets paid doing so) all because you opened your moth to the 'Amer-eekan' Judiciary and did not know you was in front of one.
(Well, have you ever talked to a COP?)
Like unto that, it is like this; everybody, CPS, Police, running around as a judge in Amer-eeka, (Parents have no Power in their Pens) "No Complaint, No Victim" is ADMINISTRATIVELY, unsympathetically, 'I Am Judge And Complainant', 'There Is Always A Victim', 'Court Is Now'.

The 'American Judiciary' is like unto a 'half king' of a secular kingdom ( the Judge or a Psychologist are inner-exchangeable as kings no matter who of the two actually sits on the bench ) and those that cluster around the bench seeking adjudication ( modern day Pharisees) are, CASA, CPS, Municipal Police, Psychologist, Attorneys, (both sides), the Court Clerk, the Sheriff, the noncriminal Prosecutor, the Juvenile Department, who throw people at the 'mercy of the court', seeking the equivalent of the Death Penalty, ( where there is no mercy to be found ), because there is no crime available for prosecution by our own standards to require of the judge impose the Death Penalty. (Termination of Parental Rights)
All those involved in the 'non' criminal process have dirty hands but no body calls them on it, especially the judge, especially the Attorney's, but the Attorneys that do seem to get into trouble. But, it is hard to tell who is really the judge, who is both defense and prosecution, as you see Jesus wore both hats, too.
This I say because we have abandoned the Due Process right of our citizenry and a Psychologist has been put in place as a high priest who issues a prognosis, (prophecy) which is received as if it were a true revelation. (The Psychologist would take 'half' the place of Jesus in this mess we have, but, Jesus was a True King. He could both Prophesy and Rule. He was also just.)
The Jewish people used to get Word from on High; they went to a Priest to inquire of God. So, the Priest would Prophesy. (Hear from God) From there the Priest would tell the people what God said, because the Jews were too afraid to talk to God directly, for fear of instant death befalling them. God does not owe us Due Process, does He?
His Command = The Law, in your specific petition, matter, case, if you Petition His Word on any given matter = His Answer is Law. That was ORDER. But, His Long Arm = you would get leprosy, war, or famine (some kind of curse) if you did not take His Advise. (OBEY).
If you study, the Jewish High Priests, (in Moses time), were sometimes very, very busy interceding (keeping God's wrath at bay), keeping the people from instant death. Breaking Gods Law usually resulted in instant death. The ground would swallow you up, you would just fall dead, or other slow means of punishment would seek you out because of your sins.
But, now, the modern day high priest (the Shrink) can be the cause of your receiving the Death Penalty, Termination of Parental Rights, by way of you being led to seek his counsel, when all he provides is a curse, and is never accountable if he is wrong in 'not' cursing you. Insurance companies see to that, which cover's the love of money in all our matters, but not equal protection modern legislation. If the shrink provides a curse everybody makes money, including him. He now has a client, Adoptoin Agencies have kids to place, Attorneys have papers to file, Courts get fees, the State gets Federal Funding, . Hence you are condemned, o r 'not blessed', and always subject to further orders, by way of the other ½ 'his hands'; non criminal prosecution / referral service, (CPS, MUNICIPAL POLICE, CASA, etc..) tag team, weather you ask his future opinion or not. This other ½ forces you to continue to contract or they get the kids until he says you can stop seeing him.
if you don't follow orders from the high priest, and his tag team (Judicial Opinion), the DHS, the MUNICIPAL POLICE, the SHERIFF, CASA, the Child 'Protective Services', who the "Long Arm" of ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGES, who are the "Long Arm" of the shrink. Of these two 'long arm', (the CPS) member of noncriminal prosecution & 'health referral service' teams, seek clients for Psychologists, (They hold ½ the whole village in 'their' hands, (hence your children, your whole world) the other ½ the 'whole village' is held in the hand of the shrink. The danger is, both hands may act full knowing what the other is doing. Meaning, they know Child Protective Services do play god, and run USA Inc., 'Amer-eeka'.
Also, if you study, in opposite of the Jewish Priest, the modern day Prophets (the Shrink) get paid very well. The Jewish Priest, who were not allowed to own property, were ordered by God to live in the Temple, to be fed by the people, to interpret law for them, (be the Lawyer) and were not allowed to charge coin for their duty to lead and consult the Jewish People in their legal Affairs. (Judges, as I hear, are not supposed to interpret law (the Constitution) (nor do the Court Appointed Attorney's?) but both, get paid to present or sit AND HEAR CASES, to the results in a Judicial Opinion or Finding... (I hear that is not the equivalent of an ORDER!) Both get paid, both avoid the Law.
(If a shrink does not condemn us they don't exactly bless us either, just cover technicalities like in verifying employment eligibility of armed Police Men for insurance liability purposes of the State of Oregon and other entities contracting with the same. (That of Public Officials, Security Guards, Police, Sheriffs, so forth.
So, why now, the 'Private Family'? Everybody and anybody? Is it because 'We the People' of the United States of America have the right to be employees, instead of seeking work, and have a SOCIAL SECURITY card?
Has Legislature has forgotten that We the People have the right to not contract even if we did now choose to, or did somehow?
Now, in opposite, the Jewish Priests, who were very busy interceding keeping Gods wrath at bay, the modern day high priest of the court, (the Shrink) who provides a curse or connation, and get played very well unlike the Jewish Priest, who were not allowed to own property and were to live in the Temple and be fed by the people, to interpret law for them and not charge coin for their duty to do so, to lead and consult the people on their legal affairs.
When the People sought the Voice of God, He would speak thought the Priest and reserve time for the obedience to His Adjudication ( Blessing ) Wisdom. The Priest the Voice of God and God the Long Arm bringing a Curse upon you head if you did not follow the Advise He gave. But today, where the judge is his Long Arm, of the modern day high priest, who hears not from God, but studies diseases from where (non) Blessings become absolute, a final and direct order, a curse, relied upon heavily, offered instead of Holy wisdom, because there is no such entity as God according to them. More out, the judge has the Long Arm of the shrink extending out to the CPS, who has another arm extending into the Sheriff's Office, and so forth. Sort of like the right hand and the left.

On the topic of: 'Duress v the Right to Not Contract'.
If we want a bank account we have to get a SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER & A DRIVER'S LICENCE. If we get into those Adhesion Contracts we are severed from our Constitutional Rights, and the bankers then have control of our every asset, our future net worth as a taxpayer, as collateral. Our power of Attorney is assigned to the bureaucracy, which allows abortion without parental consent, pagan edjucatoin in our schools systems, forcing into a tax system based on employment eligibility status contracts, and into ADMINISTRATIVE JURESDICTION, where divorce is a major cause in the breakdown of families.
Too, the CPS owns your kids causing government agent to treat human beings like property. (Assessment is a taxation term. See: future net worth as a taxpayer and legislative intent of juvenile crime prevention for Child Protective Service Charters. See: $$$$$ signs.)
Most people don't know any of this nor that there is another jurisdiction or what the yellow fringe indicates Commercial Dominance. Most people think you are irresponsible not to have all those Adhesion Contracts, DRIVER'S LICENSE, BIRTHCIRTIFICATE, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, and MARIAGE LICENCE, so forth. We are all under social duress to get them. Try living without them.

Now, if the CPS (Child Protective Agency =s ADMINISTRATIVE 'long arm', ( before and after they knock ), but also the long arm, by assign at the DMV, to be the Power of Attorney over your offspring, Your Pen, (which used to belong to your ink well), but no longer in your Hand, yet, to be used over your offspring's matters at MUNICIPAL CONTRACTUAL 'AGREEMENTS'. (SOCIAL SECURITY, DMV, BIRTH CIRTIFICATES, etc.).
CPS do act, (sign Petitions) having no license to 'Practice Law'(no training to interpret Law or training to respect the Law, especially if you tell them what Law applies) but, have all power granted unto them to 'represent' your kids, the child's voice, (Like the DA is the voice of We the People) Makes you wonder why they invented non criminal prosecution.
In Fact CPS make you their opponent, (are 1/2 DA, ½ your representation, speaking for you, if you do have any contact with them. So, why do they get to represent you, too? Isn't that kind of like being both defense and prosecution? Like God, voice to modern high priest? (Acolite).
(Food For thought), the American Judiciary is like unto a king of a secular kingdom ( the Judge is king ) and those that cluster around the bench seeking adjudication ( modern day Pharisees) are, CASA, CPS, Municipal Police, Psychologist, Attorneys, (both sides), the Court Clerk, the noncriminal Prosecutor, the Juvenile Department, who throw people at the mercy of the court, seeking the death penalty, where there is no mercy to be found, because there is no crime available, by our own standards to require of the judge he impose the Death Penalty, and all those involved in the 'non' criminal process have dirty hands but no body calls them on it, especially the judge, who is both defense and prosecution, as you see Jesus wore both hats, too. This I say because we have abandoned the Due Process right of our citizenry and a Psychologist has been put in place as a high priest who issues a prognosis, (prophecy) which is received as if it were a true revelation. That is how the Jewish people used to get Word from on High; they went to a Priest to inquire of God. So the Priest would prophesy, from there God was 'The Long Arm of The Law', if you did not do as He commanded.

 This web page is a farce!  The issue of child abuse by the father is absurd.  The on-going mental anguish and verbal abuse by the mother is a fact.  Social services have denied Julie her parental rights to visit her children due to her abusive language, not only to social service officials, but also the foster parents who are currently taking care of her children; due to her severe, abusive treatment of her own children.  She is currently making statements that she has custody of her children as of the date of this entry.  She does not have custody.  To the contrary, her children have been placed in foster care because she has made false accusations about her now ex-husband.  Her children have been living with foster parents, for over a year, who have loved, nurtured and protected them from mental anguish placed upon them by their mother, Julie Witherspoon.  She is soon to be served legal documentation to state that she has lost her parental rights in two weeks, due to the emotional abuse she has forced upon her children.  The courts have placed restraining orders upon her to ensure that she is unable to speak to or be near her children because of her continued mind games, empty promises and lies that she has told about the very people who are caring for her children.  I know for a fact that her children no longer want anything to do with her.  This has been a statement made by the children in question.
Julie states that Mr. Witherspoon sleeps with his students.  She in fact, perused Mr. Witherspoon as a student in attendance at the school where he was employed at the time.  Julie's mother gave her permission to court Mr. Witherspoon and for Julie to marry Mr. Witherspoon.  Her mother actually told Mr. Witherspoon that maybe he could do something with her, because she, [Julie's mother] didn't want her around anymore.  Julie followed Mr. Witherspoon to his hometown in Ohio on several occasions, trying to get him to notice her and give in to her and marry her.  Where was Julie's mother when she was running the roads from California to Ohio as a 16 and 17 year old?  Julie was a throw away child and she has in turned tried to throw her own children away; into foster care away from the family who loves them and wants to be with them.  Currently Mr. Witherspoon has visitation rights that allow him to spend time with his children without supervision by any social worker or foster parent.  He has shown the courts in California and the social services in California that he is a fit parent and he is capable of giving them a healthy home to live in.  He has taught his children how to play musical instruments, began a coin collection with his son, and aided his daughter in achieving academic success to be placed in the correct grade level, she should have been in when she left Germany.  Julie didn't place her daughter into school until a year after she should have started school.  Mr. Witherspon has nurtured his children in assuring them that they will be safe and they will be able to attend school and continue to thrive academically.  I, myself, am proud of the children for all they have been able to over come and rise above in the face of the constant negative manipulation of their mother.
Julie is a master of weaving webs of deceit to suit her needs.  It is in deed all about her, not her children.  She is not a healthy person, nor is she capable of sustaning a positive, clean and nurturing environment for her children. 
I have seen pictures of Julie in the nude on a balcony that her son, who was 8 years old at the time, had  taken himself.  She was naked, leaning against the balcony rail with a cigarette in her hand.  Another picture has Juliet standing naked with her 8-year-old son standing beside her on the balcony of her apartment in Germany, where she was stationed on an army base just over a year ago.  This type of relationship is not a healthy one for her children.  At the age of 8, a child is able to discern what is right and wrong.  Her son has cried to his foster parents, his father and the psychologist that the courts ordered for him to undergo to work through Julie's raunchy actions, of sick parenting, to her children.
Julie is a manipulator.  She has a talent to weave lies and deceit to anyone with a bit of authority to continue the punishment of her children, their foster parents and her ex-husband.  Julie has been proven incapable of sustaining a structured, positive home environment for her children to thrive.  The courts have sent her out of the courtroom many times for argumentative and vulgar language that has stopped the court proceedings.  She has shown up to court in military dress uniform, where upon the judge ordered her to never wear her uniform to court again, because in fact, Julie has been discharged from the Army.  She was placed into a psych ward in Germany in the military hospital there, because her neighbors called social services on her so many times, due to her passing out drunk in her living room floor and leaving her children to feed themselves, go to bed on their own and take care of her as she sobered up.  The children were 8 and 5 years old when this behavior began, while she was enlisted in Germany. 
This is a court ordered fact that can be found in the public records, that Mr. Witherspoon was given custody of the children when the youngest child was 8 months old and the oldest was 3 years old.  Julie's grandmother in fact moved into Mr. Witherspoon's home to help take care of the children while he worked during the day.  Julie had visitation rights and was able to see the children under supervision, until one day she convinced her grandmother to allow her to take the children out to a park.  Julie, never brought the children home.  Instead she had secretly enlisted in the Army and took the children to Germany for 8 years. 
Mr. Witherspoon was called to Germany by the military social services to come immediately to retrieve his children or they would be placed into the German foster care program and he would lose his rights as their father.  Mr. Witherspoon had to borrow money to fly to Germany to get the children from social services to bring back to the states.  In the meantime, he also visited Julie, who was still his wife at the time, yet estranged, at the military psych ward.  She told him to take the children and the military purchased a return plane ticket for Mr. Witherspoon to return home and social services purchased tickets for the children to return to the states and take residence with Mr. Witherspoon.  Julie was released from the psych ward, returned to the states and filed a false charge of child abuse on her then husband to have the children taken from him, placed in a group home and then 6 months later, placed in foster care.
Julie has not complied with any drug testing that the court ordered, nor has she surrendered her weapon to the court as ordered, and she did not attend parenting classes as ordered by the courts.  Mr. Witherspoon has complied with all ordered programs by the courts to earn the right to have full custody of his children again. 
Julie has now created web pages and has played head games with a new group of officials in an attempt to defame Mr. Witherspoon and destroy his livelihood in a game of one ups man ship.  The people that Julie has employed, by a ploy, a new body of activists, lawyers and politicians to help her regain custody of her children and destroy Mr. Witherspoon's reputation.  She doesn't want her children, she just doesn't want Mr. Witherspoon to have them.  If she is a true mother, she will not sacrifice her children, she would allow what is best for her children to take place so they could return home to a loving family who misses them and can't wait to spend time with them, without having to send them back to the foster home.  Julie has created a cruel life experience for her children, not Mr. Witherspoon.
I have wasted enough of my time in speaking to this joke of a web page and the crazy accusations made my Julie Witherspoon and the poor woman who is speaking out on her behalf.  I only hope that Julie is not given the power to destroy the people's careers who have offered their help in getting her children returned to her, as she did her lawyer, and the unsuccessful attempt she set up to have the judge overseeing her case, removed from the bench.  The story is unending.  The trial lasted for 11 months and has made the law books for future study and rulings to be used in future court cases.  The only bad thing about all of this concerning the truth that would disarm Julie's lies is that the court records are sealed to the public because the case was heard in juvenile court.  To "protect the children" from any references of the proceedings, are the very files and documents that should be read to prove and show that Julie has in deed pull a fast one, again.
I pray that Julie can find peace in her life and allow her children to live happily with people who will ensure their success academically and nurture them into healthy people who will be able to live a "normal" life.  I pray too that the children will know that one day they will be able to be with their father, even if that means that time doesn't occur until they are of legal age. 
I pray for their father who is an upstanding member of his community and is a devout religious man who loves to teach music, create pieces of art work to share and give to his friends, laugh with delight when hearing that his daughter and his son have earned academic awards in math, smile while he listens to them play the clarinet and trumpet in the park, watch with delight the sweet smiles that are created on his children's faces when he greets them to share a moment or two in reading a good story or playing a board game together.   Mr. Witherspoon deserves to have his children with him and he deserves to continue to live his life without Julie making false accusations that disrupt his life and the lives of his children. 
I pray for the children whom will one day be able to go back home and know that they are safe and able to sleep in their own beds.  What a thought.  To be able to sleep in your own bed after sleeping in someone else's bed for the past 14 months. 
Julie, let your children go, and stop this war of deceit, betrayal and fun house games.  You are wasting the states money, wasting the time of people who don't need to spend another moments thought on your wild, disproved statements in a court of law and wasting the careers of your next victims whom you have persuaded to "help" you.  You are not the victim.  Your children are the victims.  And worst of all, they are victims of your behavior.

In reply to your merciless prejudice opinion...People that are hostile, like your comment indicate, can be impeached, as it my be.
 
I would like to see your real name posted here to allow for a proper confrontation of this attack on Julie A. Witherspoon.
Julie A Witherspoon may have married young but it does not excuse the other allegations raised in relation to her ex husband history of behavior towards other teenage girls and his offspring! These things if established would explain why Julie A. Witherspoon would currently feel she was abused, no matter if she did want him at a young age. People used to thing it was OK to marry girls off young. There is a history of that beginning in the Wild, Wild West, so this is not the main point to make on the matter. Think to mitigate this a tiny bit, please. Her ex-is influenced by old timers as Witherspoon's mother may well be.
