Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant III to support enterprise-wide analytics initiatives for a leading organization in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, develop reporting solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions.

This role requires a strong combination of business analytics, data visualization, data modeling, SQL expertise, and stakeholder engagement. The consultant will work with large and complex datasets, develop KPIs and dashboards, and help drive data transformation initiatives using modern analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define analytical requirements.

·         Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.

·         Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

·         Create compelling data stories and executive-level presentations.

·         Design and maintain KPIs, metrics, and performance reporting solutions.

·         Partner with Data Management teams to identify data quality issues and data gaps.

·         Support enterprise data governance, data lineage, and data mapping initiatives.

·         Work with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities.

·         Contribute to analytics and reporting best practices within the organization.

·         Assist in the adoption of modern analytics tools and cloud-based data platforms.

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

·         5+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles.

·         Strong experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.

·         Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions.

·         Advanced SQL skills including experience with T-SQL and/or PL/SQL.

·         Strong understanding of data modeling concepts including Star Schema, Dimensional Modeling, and 3NF.

·         Experience with data governance, data lineage, and data mapping practices.

·         Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries.

·         Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, and Azure Purview.

·         Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx.

·         Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Lean methodologies.

·         Experience with Salesforce Analytics/CRM Analytics.

·         Exposure to Python, R, or Machine Learning concepts.

·         Relevant certifications in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, or Data Analytics.
