| Job Title: SAP UAT Functional testerLocation: Sunnyvale, CAEmployment Type:C2C Overall Exp - Less than 16years Position Overview · Strong Exp in SAP · Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases. · Strong experience identifying test cases, writing test cases and performing manual testing · Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies · Retail or Online Store background · Good team and people skills · Excellent oral/written communication skills · Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions · Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. · Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project. · Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues. · Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors Required Skills/Qualifications • Mandatory skills* SAP Testing experience and good overall SAP • Exceptional project management skills, PMP certification Preferred. • Experience in all phases of project management and delivery, including UAT and implementation • Knowledge of core Client submissions / processing capabilities and architecture preferred • Experience working with Client Technologies and Business partners • Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration and influencing skills • Strong results orientation with the ability to effectively assess and manage risks, issues, budgets, timelines and scope • Ability to identify opportunities to reduce costs and / or timelines without adding unacceptable risks to quality • Working knowledge of Quality Center and experience leading UAT activities • Experience in creation of training materials and delivery of training preferred |
