Job Summary:
Client is seeking an experienced .NET developer to rebuild the staff-side of the system using the latest Visual Studio template. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .NET 8 or later, .NET MVC or Razor, SQL Server 2022, and Azure Active Directory/Single Sign-On. The project aims to streamline data entry, improve workflow efficiency, and provide a user-friendly interface.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Rebuild the staff-side system using .NET 8 or later, .NET MVC or Razor, and SQL Server 2022.
2. Implement Azure Active Directory/Single Sign-On for secure authentication.
3. Follow Web Development Standards set by DIT E-GOV.
4. Leverage the SAP FOCUS system to streamline data entry for system user details and Master Vendor data.
5. Develop a user guide and graphically show major steps in the workflow.
6. Implement ad hoc notifications and differentiate invoices associated with state and federal grant funds.
7. Ensure seamless integration of the "Service/Outcome" process from the vendor to the staff-administration side.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience with .NET 8 or later, .NET MVC or Razor, and SQL Server 2022.
2. Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Single Sign-On.
3. Familiarity with the SAP FOCUS system and its integration with .NET applications.
4. Experience with web development standards and best practices.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
