Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• 10+ years in Data Architecture / Data Modeling
• Data modeling (dimensional + master/reference data)
• Strong Expertise (5+ years) in Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory.
• Microsoft Fabric implementation experience preferred
• Designing analytics-ready data models
• MDM tools experience (Profisee preferred)
• Strong SQL skills with large-scale data

 

Critical Functional Experience

• End-to-end data architecture design
• Master and reference data modeling
• Complex hierarchies and taxonomies
• Power BI-ready data structures
• Data governance and quality frameworks

• Owned architecture design
• Structured data for analytics
• Integrated MDM with analytics platforms
• Guided engineering and BI teams
• Built scalable enterprise solutions

 

Nice-to-Have

• Profisee MDM
