Required Skills :

 

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or Systems Analyst in an Agile software development environment.
• Industry Expertise: Proven domain knowledge in Global Banking, FinTech, or Payment Sales (e.g., payment gateways, B2B/B2C transactions, cross-border payments, or financial APIs).
• Agile Fluency: Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical architecture, system integrations, and data flows well enough to communicate effectively with software engineers.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating business and design jargon into technical specifications (and vice versa).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to understand business objectives, customer journeys, and proposed design solutions within the global payments ecosystem.
• Clear Documentation: Write precise, testable acceptance criteria and define technical requirements (data mapping, API logic, etc.), ensuring developers have the exact specifications needed to build scalable solutions.
• Domain Alignment: Leverage your understanding of payment processing and global banking to identify technical constraints, security compliance needs, and workflow edge cases early in the design phase.
• Development Support: Act as the primary technical liaison during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution to clarify requirements, answer developer questions, and unblock the engineering team.
• Global Banking, FinTech, or Payment Sales. Technical Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or Systems Analyst in an Agile software development environment.
• Docker, Kubernetes or related container platform.
• Ability to understand technical architecture, system integrations, knack for translating business and design jargon into technical specifications (and vice versa).SDLC, Agile, confluence,
• Excellent communication.
