We are seeking an experienced Oracle Organizational Change Management (OCM) Finance Specialist to support an Oracle ERP Finance transformation initiative. This role will focus on driving change management activities across Finance workstreams, ensuring stakeholders are well-prepared for process, system, and organizational changes.
This is a 12-month contract engagement, primarily remote, with intermittent travel required to Greenville, NC and potentially Las Vegas.
The specialist will work closely with Finance leadership, cross-functional teams, and the OCM Lead to execute impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and readiness activities. The role follows the Transformation Office OCM methodology to ensure effective adoption of Oracle Finance capabilities.
1. Finance Transformation Change Support
Partner with the OCM Lead to execute change initiatives that enable Finance teams to adopt new Oracle processes, tools, and policies. Focus on improving user readiness and supporting behavioral and cultural transition.
2. Change Impact Analysis
Identify and document end-to-end impacts across Finance and related functions. Translate technical and process changes into clear business-level impacts to support targeted communication and training.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Support stakeholder engagement by developing tailored communication materials and updates. Monitor feedback, track risks, and escalate concerns as needed.
4. Training Coordination & Support
Assist in developing and executing training plans aligned with program timelines. Manage logistics, track participation, and gather feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
5. Organizational Readiness
Conduct readiness assessments and support checkpoints to evaluate preparedness across Finance teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to address gaps prior to go-live.
6. OCM Methodology Alignment
Apply the Transformation Office OCM framework, templates, and standards across all deliverables, ensuring consistency with governance and reporting requirements.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with IT, Operations, HR, and other Oracle workstreams to align change activities and manage dependencies across the program.
8. Progress Tracking & Reporting
Track OCM deliverables, risks, and issues. Provide regular updates to the OCM Lead and program leadership, highlighting progress and areas needing attention.
