When I input my member number 0718 or 718, I get an error message reading,” Policy not found with given membership no”

 

When I input my staff number E07024, I get the details, in which the membership number is shown as 718

 

When I tried to update contact details (click on Update then click on Update Personal Details),

I get an error message reading, “Policy not found”

 

May I request you to forward this message to the concerned for corrective action please.
