Hi all Please find Laveenas clariffication

Dear Madam,
We will be shortly notifying about the revised scheme in the newspaper
(Times of India).
Information pertaining to the individual membership can be sought from
the hospital or from our office (Contact person - Mrs. Laveena
Michael, Mr. Sudheer V., Mrs. Manjula De Ph: 080-22195345 / 22195841)
The amount payable is a one-time non-refundable deposit towards the
scheme and not the actual premium paid towards the medical insurance.
Hence this amount is not exempted from tax.
Mode of payment : The mode of payment is only through Demand draft
which may be drawn on any bank in favour of Bharat Electronics
Limited.
Drop Box for DD: There are separate drop boxes maintained for dropping
the DD's. Hence all are encouraged to drop their DD's either at the
drop box at the factory reception or Hospital. These boxes are only
for BEL-BG members.
Receipt for receiving payment: Our members bank is huge and it is not
physically possible for us to give acknowledgement for every DD that
we receive. Hence for all DD's dropped at the drop box no
acknowledgement for receipt of the same is possible. However we take
full responsiblity to see that the boxes are kept in safe custody and
there is no loss of DD's. If any retired employee wishes to receive
acknowledgement then he/she may send the DD through registered post
with acknowledgement due. Any DD's sent through post may be addressed
to me (address is provided below).

The contact name and addresses given here are for those of us who retired from BEL, Bangalore Complex For those who retired from the corporate office, the address to which the DD has to be sent will be DGM(HR), BEL Corporate Office, Ngavara, Bangalore 560045, Mr. Suresh Michael is the DGM.
