2 Weeks to the Phoenix Park Duathlons

The first Duathlon in the Park is in two weeks (2nd of May).  Even closer is next weeks' free training on the Duathlon course by Rich Cattle of Tri-Planet (25th of April).

Do spread the word to your mates and work colleagues, who may be looking to take the step up from running to Duathlon and Triathlon at the largest Duathlon Series in the Ireland & the UK.
