Christmas Party
The Belpark Christmas party and prize giving is taking place in Vermillion Restaurant on the Terenure Road on Saturday December 3rd. The restaurant can only hold so many people so if you want to go you need to email bel...@gmail.com or Elis Connery eil...@hotmail.com asap.
New Turbo and Core Strength Session
The new turbo and core strength session will begin on Wednesday 16th at the Gloucester Street Sports and Recreation Centre (and not this evening as originally advertised).
The session will last 90mins (60mins bike, 20mins core) and gets underway at 7pm sharp. It will be coached by Belpark's own Mark Lacey. There will be 16 turbos at the centre but if you wish, you can bring your own along. The cost is just €4 and includes full changing and shower facilities.
Anyone who wants to attend MUST email Mark in advance at markl...@gmail.com as we need to manage numbers.

Training
Tuesday
RUN: Running interval session with Rathfarnham at Nutgrove Park.
The meet-up is at 6:30pm. Changing facilities (very basic!) are available in the football clubhouse.
Wednesday (16th onwards)
Turbo & Core Strength Session. 7pm - 8:30pm at the Gloucester Street Sports and Recreation Centre
Price €4.

Thursday
RUN: Rathfarnham are running a gym session in clubhouse (main street in Rathfarnham village) at 18:30. Core strength is vital for both running and triathlon and can help you stay injury free next year and even make you that bit faster!
Friday
SWIM: 7.00- 8.00pm at Belvedere College Pool
Coached by Stephen "the fish" Early.
Pool entrance is via the underground car park on Temple Street. The session lasts 60 minutes and is tailored specifically for triathlon.
We charge €7 for this session (4 for students) to cover pool hire and coaching costs.
Saturday Cycle
CYCLE: Long Spin - Meet 9:30am at the clubhouse in Rathfarnham for a 3hr + spin. There will be a fast and slow(er) group to suit different levels.
Helmet, tubes & pump, and a serviceable bike compulsory. Mudguards will be appreciated by the rest of your group. Make sure to bring adequate food & drink and dress warmly (this means a minimum of gloves and a raincoat).
Sunday
CYCLE: Intermediate cycle – Meet at the clubhouse in Rathfarnham at 9:30am.
For those who want a second spin on the weekend and those who find themselves falling in between the fast and slow groups on Saturday's spin. Distances around the 80km mark.
