New Swim Coach starts tomorrow

Hi Everyone,

 

Swimming as normal tomorrow evening in Belvadere at 7pm. The session will be coached by Colin Bolger from Pulse Tri-club. Colin already coaches Pulse's swim sessions and runs a number of his own private classes from Tallaght leisure centre. He is also one of the best open water swimmers on the triathlon scene so I'm sure many of us can benefit from his experience.

 

Hope to see you tomorrow evening at the session or over the coming weeks. Any feedback you have from the sessions is greatly appreciated.
