Update on Binary removal

I finally received letters from Uncle Sam in response to my complaint
concerning the removal of binaries by Bellsouth. The reply said I
should get in touch with Bellsouth, which had been sent a copy of my
complaint. At the end of the letter, the somewhat interesting fact is
that if I want to pursue my complaint further, that fees would be
encounteres to begin the process. In about a week, I received a letter
from Bellsouth, with a support person's name and direct phone number,
and a complaint number. Principle went out the door after several
attempts to respond and the computer telling me that the wait time is
approximately 10 minutes.
I have already subscribed to Forte APN , and am using the 'free'
Bellsouth servers for about 5 groups. Incidentally, even those text
only groups do not work on a regular basis. Most that work the most
erratically are the bellsouth techie groups.

That may be partly because bellsouth.net tries to block the bellsouth.net.*
newsgroups from going outside at all. I haven't seen your message from
inside bellsouth.net, so the block is probably in both directions.
