Well, I just tried to complain about the newsgroups being gone, and
was sent from billing inquiries, to tech support, to a different
billing inquiry, to a different internet support, held for about 10
minutes and gave up!
None of the people I talked to had any idea what a discussion or
newsgroup was, asked nice questions like "you can't access certain
sites" and "your modem is not connecting"?
Oh well. On to another provider!
