I signed up for Giganews today and I wanted to continue to monitor
this newsgroup even though bad ol' AT&T screwed up, but I notice that
the last post showing on Giganews was back on 6/19. Nothing since
then at all. So I'm sending this message to see if it shows up.

Yeah, I,m sure Bellsouth.net and ATT.net are delighted to nix ALL
binary newsgroups to save bandwidth.
But will they really save bandwidth? Everyone now scrambles to find
slower alternative sources.
Would someone from ATT / Bellsouth please tell us why they couldn't
just delete the child porn groups?
