Still can't send to my wife's email

Okay folks...if we've all decided to forgive BSIS for their stupidity...can
we now help me figure this one out:

begin screen dump:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'x...@xxxxxxeinc.net'. Subject
'testing again', Account: 'mail.bna.bellsouth.net', Server:
'mail.bna.bellsouth.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 .net 003:
you are not allowed to send e-mail to <x...@exxxxxeinc.net>', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I'm assuming that the server referred to is BellSouth's. Why is it still
rejecting my post? I have no other way to send email at the moment, because
my "backups" have also failed and I haven't been able to restore them. I
was able to send to this addy earlier yesterday, even before full
functionality was restored...or at least it was not rejected. This is from
today. (The xx's do not refer to an x-rated domain; the names have been
changed to protect....) What's up here? Why am I "not allowed to send
e-mail to" my wife's website's email? When will I get *full* functionality?
I have other things to do besides play with my computer all day.

Any help will be appreciated....

I think you don't need "-bna-" in the address.

mail.bna.bellsouth.net is the mail server set up by BSIS when I opened the
account. I can try deleting it, but I doubt it will help. The rest of my
mail is posting--with the same server address--it's just these two recipient
addresses (so far) that seem to be problematic.

Either or should work. mail.bna.bellsouth.net or mail.bellsouth.net

it's probably a software conflict on your computer. I am in the same area
you are, bna or nashville area, and i use mail.bna.bellsouth.net. So i
suggest you tell norton antivirus to quit scanning your mail, which fixed
one of my friend's problem with his warez norton systemworks 2002 cd, or
check your settings in outlook.
