Can You Just Get DSL only without land line?

Will be moving soon and want to use our cell phones as home phones,
but still want DSL for computers, hate Comcast cable modems!

I don't have it, but I've read that it's available in at least some parts
of AT&T. Sorry, I didn't save the details.

If I remember correctly, it's called naked DSL, so you might want to
try searching for that.

I read up on this awhile back and found the information for me was yes
it is available in some areas but AT&T is mandated to offer it only for
two years....so after that it may not be available. I /think/ the
article said it was priced "around $29.95/mo in most areas" or
something like that... I haven't made the leap yet but I'm thinking
about it.
