Password dialogue box

Again I ask....why do I keep getting the window asking for the mail
password?
I've asked earlier and am now asking again.

As a result of having this window appear, I am not getting my mail
automatically.

Over the past few days some customers were
experiencing 480 Auth Required errors. There was
no explanation discovered for this issue as
there has been no changes made to the news
systems. Some configuration changes were
implemented minutes ago that should resolve this
issue completely.
