I happen to know on good authority, that a PW was used in a recent
city council meeting. Radionics sets inspiring Honesty were used, as
well as the operator used the device to 'empower' themselves during
their chance to speak out against the city of Bham running cameras on
traffic lights. Public video certainly shows many interesting things,
such as stuttering as lies were transformed to truths etc. And
certainly the speaker can be observed in a 'state of empowerment.
