As we move forward in exponetial growth of technology there remains a
significant amount of the world population that will be left behind
due to cognative disabilities. The reason they will be left behind is
because the corperations try to keep all their eggs (money) in one
basket. That basket would be their profit portfolio! There is a niche
however for "Disabiity Support Services", which our proverbial tax
dollars can help fund projects as long as they are focused in
progressing the ease of access to the "normal to superior" cognative
value of live.
