A. Need for updating Owners' Contact information:
At present the individual email ids and Mobile Nos had been collected and fed into
bellat...@googlegroups.com from the Database obtained from XS Real, who had built up the database on the information furnished by Buyers at the time of filling in application and other documents.
We find that these
email ids also differ with the email ids given by owners during attending the meetings; and also some of the owners
who are sending in email for their problems are mentioning some other new email ids. Some emails also not getting delivered and bounce back. This causes a lot of confusion in deciding what is the correct email id.
Now we are writing this email to confirm the email id mentioned in this email.
If confirmation is not received then we may have to speak to them in their Mobile nos. Hence, please furnish your email id and contact mobile nos as under: Please don't forget to mention the Flat Nos and also do not follow your own order of information sought. This also applies to Residents who are occupying the Apartments.

B. Request for sending contributions to Seed Money of Rs.1000/- per apartment:
as decided in the meeting held on 14th November, 2010 (minutes have been already circulated):
1. Please contact any of the Residents known to you and arrange to send the contribution through them, if your are not residing at Bella Tuscany.
2. The owners who have let out their apartments may kindly arrange to remit through their Tenants.
3. The NRIs and owners residing outside may send their Pay orders etc through post. The required Bank Account details would be sent to you shortly. But if you have any local representative, please do send the amount through them.
