Please refer to email dated 26/10/2010 from XS Real regarding implementation of Network Intercom facility along with Land Line of Airtel for every apartment in P5 Bella Tuscany and subsequent discussions between Airtel DSA and Transition committee members on 7th November, 2010.

We are forwarding communication received from Airtel or your information.

Please note Airtel representatives would approach the Residents in the coming week for finalizing documentation for connecting Intercom  along with new Land line connections wherever  agreed and opted by Apartment Owners.

Further to our discussion last sunday, this is to conform M/s. Billa Tuscany association that giving Centrex future with existing or new connection wont case any call tapping with users. And centex comes to you with Airtel, which is a well know Telecom company for "Service".

Dear Sir,

 This is with continuation to our meeting/discussion on 7th of November. Pls find below the MOM.

 1.Mr .Vasudevan Sharma’s LL no 42018492 for which he is still getting bill, inspite of the customer deactivating the line this has to be stopped.

2. To provide Centrex for 8 nos in the common area which includes Security, Indoor games Room, Gym, UDS, Office Room & check post).

3.Loose wires which are hanging has to be corrected.

4.As per Mr. Chandra Reddy request we need to work out a way to provide a single dish for Airtel DTH which will cover the entire 80 residents instead of providing individual 80 dish antenna for each subscriber.

5.Iam also attaching Just My Neighbour (JMN) society portal.

 

With regard to your request on providing dedicated line for the Centrex it is not possible from Airtel side since there are lot of technical and commercial difficulties attached to this.

 As discussed earlier we can provide free Centrex only to Airtel DSL customers at free of cost (without monthly rental of Rs 100) where this will be integrated along with regular Airtel voice/DSL  line.

 If there is any special requirement for your residents where they feel they need to have a dedicated line for Centrex, this can be provided to that particular resident at a monthly rental of Rs100.

 We can also have our technical team present for our next discussion if you would like to have more information on the privacy/security part of CENTREX.
