Your Donations Are Needed for Bellaire Football Booster Club Breakfast

Dear Football Families: 

Continuing our Football Booster Club tradition, we will be providing breakfast for the BHS faculty and staff on Friday October 5^th.  It takes a lot of food and drink to make this event possible, and your donations make it happen.  We will be providing breakfast for 300 faculty and staff.

From each group of parents (Freshman team, J.V., and Varsity), we need the following:

1 gallon of milk

3 gallons of orange juice

1 gallon of apple or cranberry juice

4 dozen donuts

20 yogurts

3 dozen Danishes

Fresh fruit

Other Breakfast items: ________________ (write in what you plan on making/bringing for the breakfast)

 

In other words, we need three times this amount of food and drink!  Please email us to let us know what you can bring.  If you’d prefer to bring some other specialty item that’s great; email us.

We are also taking cash donations, preferably $10.  We will be collecting at all of the football games – Freshman, J.V. and Varsity.   Just see any one of the booster club members.

If you are bringing any of the above food items, please email Anne Moore (anne....@chase.com) or Monica Garcia (mggar...@gmail.com) to let us know what you will bring.  We will email with you if we already have enough of your item.  Bring food items to the BHS Library by 6:15 a.m. on Oct. 5, or you can drop off at Monica’s house the evening before; just email or call (210-274-4567).

This is a great event for showing the football program’s appreciation of teachers and staff.

Please remember to bring items or make a donation for the Football Booster Sponsored BHS Teacher Appreciation Breakfast this coming Friday.

Volunteers will be there early if you are unable to stay and server just drop off your items at the school library between 6:15 - 6:30 AM or make arrangements to drop off to a Board Member Thursday night.
