A unique annual series of four races consisting of: a trail race; a canal bank race; a multi terrain race and a 10k road race will be held in and around Glasgow all in the space of five days.

On Tuesday August 4 competitors have a 4.8 mile race along the Forth and Clyde Canal in Clydebank, Wednesday provides a much needed day of rest before runners tackle the 5k multi-terrain Garscube Gallop in Dawsholm Park, Glasgow on Thursday August 6.

I'm up for it! I'll probably just enter on the day though... just in
case I kick the bath again!

Are any of you doing these races? I can't, but have relatives over from Canada and one of them is interested in doing some running while she's here.

If anyone has signed up & doesn't mind my 2nd cousin thrice removed (or something) tagging along can you let me know?

Thanks,

Allan
