snow and ice so crampons were on for most of the day. Even got some
sliding in! Sun was shining with clouds below us - amazing views of
the surrounding hills.

May join you for a drink on Xmas Eve but don't really want to crash on you and your own friends. Mines all married with kids and not going out, could pop round to couple of mates house but felt like going out - Is anyone at circuit doing anything - would not be out for long as I need to get up early to get to ex house for boys opening up their pressies.
If not, you all have a good time at christmas, may be a some classes during the hols.

I'm going out with my friends tonight & will sort out our plans for tomorrow, i'm sure we'll be going to a pub in the Southside. I'll let you know what we decide, you're more than welcome to come with us.
Don't think we'll be going too crazy, my friends are all pretty much married off and boring now too!!

Happy new year!
Xmas was great....lots of eating, drinking, meeting up with mates from home and then doing it all again!
New year was in the heart of grit stone country....Derbyshire so some great walks in fab snowy cond.
Was out on sun nr crainlairch -10 at the car ! but a fab sunny day in deep powdery snow. Lovely!
Can't match your pics though.
